Skeem Saam viewers are perplexed about actor Thabiso Molokomme's promotion to leading cast as his character Paxton Kgomo rubs them off the wrong way.

While fans of the star took to social media to congratulate Molokomme for his promotion as the young actor joined the show earlier this year to play the trouble high scholar.

Molokomme, who plays Paxton on the SABC1 soapie Skeem Saam, has been bumped to lead cast.
He is on the top billing list in Season 11.

ACTOR THABISO MOLOKOMME PROMOTED #SkeemSaam took to social media last week to express their feelings about newcomer Thabiso Molokomme who's been bumped to the lead cast after joining the show this year to play the not-so-favourite character of Paxton Kgomo.

The news of his promotion was revealed by entertainment commentator Phil Mphela on Twitter.
Molokomme also made headlines two months ago after revealing that he bagged 20 distinctions in his diploma from the University of Johannesburg.
The rising star whose character has annoyed viewers of the SABC1 youth soapie joined the show at the beginning of 2022 with four other young actors and has also been compared to his co-stars Mosa Nkwashu, Zizo Sobhutyu, Phillip Thobejane, and Mahlatse Moropo.
