The Estate actress Dineo Langa, who plays the role of Mmakoena Molefe has exited the S3 telenovela, while Makoti actor Sdumo Mtshali, who played Muzi Phakathwayo isn't mentioned in season three after his character got killed in season two.

DINEO LANGA AND SDUMO MTSHALI EXITS Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela announced that The Estate actress Dineo Langa, who played Mmakoena Molefe has exited the show after two seasons. The telenovela returned last night (18 July) without its leading actor Sdumo Mtshali, whose character Muzi Phakathwayo was killed in season two.

TVSA has also revealed that Mtshali isn't credited in season three's cast list in the show's press release and that the show introduced a new family, the Nobengelas.

The new family will be played by Generations Dumisani Mbebe, Isono's Anga Makubalo, The Wife's Lerato Mvelase, and more.

S3's channel head Pat van Heerden revealed to Channel 24:

The Estate is key to the incremental building of the S3 schedule with well-produced relevant local drama. The new season does not hold back as we state into the dramatic issues that plague the nation.

Mbebe will play the patriarch of the new family Melisizwe, a businessman and political fixer associated with Castro Kamanga played by Isidingo's Aubrey Poo, while Mvelase plays Mbebe's wife Noxolo, an interior designer and business owner.

The publication adds that the new family will relocate to Johannesburg with their three children Gcinekile (Samke Makhoba), Vukani (Siya Xaba), and Mzolisi (Anga Makubalo).

Talented actor Moopi Mothibeli has also joined season three as Mohau Kabi, a smart Bachelor of Science in Engineering student.
