Alt gegen neu: Mitarbeiter sparen Energie und freuen sich ber neue Elektroger te
Ein besonderer Ansporn f r die Schaeffler-Mitarbeiter am Standort Schweinfurt war es, sich mit effizienten, neuen Ideen rund um das Energiesparen an der Energiesparaktion 2013 zu beteiligen. Jede Energiespar-Idee, die innerhalb des Aktionszeitraums eingereicht und im weiteren Verlauf umgesetzt wurde, hatte dabei die Chance auf einen Hauptgewinn. Die Einreicher der drei innovativsten Ideen freuten sich jetzt ber ein neues, energieeffizientes Elektroger t, das Schaeffler frei Haus lieferte.
In Zeiten steigender Energiepreise gilt es sowohl f r Haushalte als auch f r Unternehmen, Energiekosten zu senken bzw. so niedrig wie m glich zu halten, um dabei gleichzeitig Ressourcen und Umwelt zu schonen. Eine Vielzahl an innerbetrieblichen Ma nahmen zur Vermeidung von Energieverschwendung werden bereits weltweit an den Schaeffler-Produktionsstandorten umgesetzt. Darunter unter anderem die Nutzung regenerativer Energien, die Einsparung von Beleuchtungsmitteln, die energetische Sanierung von B rogeb uden und Produktionshallen oder die Nutzung von Regen- und Flusswasser f r WC-Anlagen.
Verbesserungspotenzial, was das Einsparen von Strom, Gas, Wasser bzw. Abwasser, Produktionsabf llen oder W rme angeht, ist in einem produzierenden Unternehmen immer vorhanden , so Dr. Josef Scheller, Werkleiter bei Schaeffler am Standort Schweinfurt. Gerade die Mitarbeiter, die durch fertigungsnahe T tigkeiten eine umfassende Einsicht in die Abl ufe der Produktionsanlagen haben, sind an dieser Stelle gefordert und k nnen ihr Wissen und ihre Ideen gezielt einsetzen , sagt Scheller weiter. So rief das Ideenmanagement von Schaeffler im vergangenen Jahr alle Mitarbeiter dazu auf, im Zeitraum von M rz bis September L sungsvorschl ge zum Energiesparen einzureichen. Als Hauptpreise winkten daf r neue Haushaltsger te im Wert von bis zu 1.500 Euro sowie monatlich an alle Einreicher f nf Energiespar-Sets - ein Anreiz f r die Mitarbeiter, ihre t glichen Arbeitsabl ufe genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen und auf m gliches Energiesparpotenzial zu pr fen. Das Ideenmanagement freute sich ber knapp 200 eingereichte Ideen, von denen bisher 42 in die Praxis bernommen werden konnten. F r wiederum die H lfte konnte bereits ein Nettonutzen im f nfstelligen Bereich errechnet werden.
Als Hauptgewinner punktete Stefan Denker mit seiner Idee zur Drucklufteinsparung in aerostatischen Reibungswaagen , Gerhard Langer mit dem Thema Stromeinsparung an Filterpumpen und Alexander Diefenbach mit einer Temperaturreduzierung an H rte fen . Durch die Idee von Stefan Denker, der bei Schaeffler im Versuch t tig ist, wird beispielsweise ab sofort Druckluft an einem Pr fstand zur Messung des Lager-Reibmoments eingespart. Die stromintensive Druckluftversorgung, die vorher manuell ber einen Handhebel geregelt wurde, erfolgt nun elektrisch, gekoppelt an den Pr fstand. So ist sichergestellt, dass die Druckluft nur so lange in das System eingeleitet wird, wie diese auch wirklich ben tigt wird. Pr miert wurde seine Idee mit einem neuen Haushaltsger t. Stefan Denker entschied sich f r eine effiziente und sparsame Waschmaschine der Energieklasse A+++, um auch au erhalb des Betriebs Energiekosten zu sparen und zur Umwelt- und Ressourcenschonung beizutragen.
