FORMAT DAN INFO SIARAN DRAMA THE MAID'Drama bersiri The Maid' merupakan sebuah naskah yang mengangkat genre komedi thriller terbitan portal hiburan Gempak di bawah payung penjenamaan Gempak Original Series'. Idea asal drama 10 episod ini dicetuskan oleh tenaga kreatif Gempak dan diarahkan oleh sutradara Helmi Yusof. Manakala Michael Ang juga turut terlibat selaku penerbit untuk drama ini.
The Maid' yang berdurasi selama 30 minit ini bakal bersiaran pada setiap hari Rabu, jam 9.30 malam mulai 6 Januari 2021 secara eksklusif di saluran Astro Ria HD (104) dan Astro Ria (124) serta turut boleh distrim menerusi portal Gempak, aplikasi Astro GO dan on demand untuk pilihan yang lebih fleksibel.
Manakala kapsul video pengakuan istimewa The Maid' yang berdurasi selama 5 minit akan ditayangkan pada setiap hari Rabu, jam 10.05 malam mulai 6 Januari 2021 secara eksklusif menerusi platform Gempak di gempak.com.

Tampil dengan transisi berbeza, ini merupakan kali pertama di bawah payung penjenamaan Gempak Original Series' bakal mempersembahkan drama bersiri 10 episod yang padat dengan jalan cerita penyiasatan dalam bentuk komedi thriller untuk tayangan di saluran Astro Ria. Apa yang menarik, idea asal drama The Maid' dicetuskan oleh tenaga kreatif Gempak sendiri serta diterajui oleh barisan pelakon terkenal tanah air selaku pelakon utama. Menerusi drama ini, penonton dapat menyaksikan kemunculan pertama Mira Filzah selepas bergelar isteri dan turut dimeriahkan dengan kehadiran Datin Paduka Eina Azman yang sudah sekian lama tidak bergiat secara aktif dalam dunia lakonan. Disokong dengan mutu lakonan yang mantap, plot penceritaan yang menarik serta kualiti produksi, kami yakin drama The Maid' mampu menambat hati penonton, lebih-lebih lagi sejak trailer, video TikTok, teaser dan poster promosi yang dikongsikan menerusi platform media sosial telah memperlihatkan keterujaan peminat yang sudah tidak sabar untuk menyaksikan drama ini.
TRIVIA DRAMA THE MAID'
Antara cabaran terbesar sepanjang penghasilan drama The Maid' ialah apabila keseluruhan jadual penggambaran terpaksa ditangguhkan buat sementara waktu kerana Sherry Alhadad yang memegang watak utama sebagai Suhana (isteri pertama) harus menjalani proses kuarantin kendiri selama 14 hari di rumah susulan rakan artisnya, Alif Satar disahkan positif COVID-19. Penggambaran hanya diteruskan selepas Sherry mengesahkan dirinya negatif COVID-19 hasil keputusan ujian saringan.
Watak Nadia (isteri kedua) lakonan oleh Datin Paduka Eina Azman sebagai seorang personaliti media sosial atau instafamous' yang gemar memasak merupakan karakter sebenar beliau di luar drama. Bagi yang sering mengikuti perkembangan selebriti yang mesra disapa sebagai Eina ini di laman sosial pasti biasa mendengar tagline It's done...' pada hujung video masakan yang sering dikongsi bersama peminat.
Salah seorang teraju utama, Ezzaty Abdullah yang memegang watak sebagai Fika (isteri ketiga) telah terlibat dalam satu kemalangan kecil apabila kereta yang dipandu melanggar penghadang jalan sewaktu dalam perjalanan pulang selepas selesai sesi penggambaran.
Drama The Maid' merupakan drama pertama lakonan Mira Filzah selepas berkahwin. Beliau memegang watak sebagai Elisa (isteri keempat) dalam drama The Maid'. Sebelum ini, Mira turut memegang watak utama dalam drama Bidadari Kiriman Tuhan' di Astro Ria yang merupakan drama terakhirnya sebelum menamatkan zaman bujang.
Drama The Maid' turut meperlihatkan bakat lakonan pertama salah seorang pengacara program Gempak TV' iaitu Isha Norsham yang memegang watak sebagai Ratu. Isha yang sebelum ini aktif sebagai penari di pentas dan muzik video turut mengembangkan lagi bakatnya sebagai penyampai radio apabila terpilih untuk menjadi sebahagian daripada keluarga besar ERA dan diberi mandat untuk mengendalikan program Gempak Hit ERA Bersama Isha'.
Seluruh kru produksi tidak pernah kering gusi dengan telatah Nadya Syahera dan Ieda Moin yang kuat melatah sewaktu di set penggambaran. Dalam drama The Maid', Nadya memegang watak sebagai Juju, manakala Ieda pula sebagai Kak Mel.
Lokasi utama penggambaran drama The Maid' telah dijalankan di sekitar Ampang dan Cyberjaya bermula 6 Disember 2020 serta mengambil masa lebih kurang 16 hari untuk diselesaikan sewaktu sedang dalam tempoh perlaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) yang lalu.

Drama The Maid' mengisahkan tentang kehidupan Jay (lakonan Norman Hakim) bersama empat orang isterinya iaitu Suhana (lakonan Sherry Alhadad), Nadia (lakonan Datin Paduka Eina Azman), Fika (lakonan Ezzaty Abdullah) dan Elisa (lakonan Mira Filzah) yang mula jadi popular setelah Jay mengabadikan kisahnya dalam berpoligami menerusi sebuah novel bertajuk Mr Payung Emas.
