Fox Corporation Names Robert Humann CEO of Credible San Francisco, CA and Los Angeles, CA - September 22, 2025 - Fox Corporation (FOX, FOX A; Fox the Company ) announced today that Robert Humann has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Credible, a market-leading consumer finance technology platform and subsidiary of Fox Corporation. Humann takes over from Credible founder Stephen Dash, who will be stepping down at the end of the month. Humann will report to Paul Cheesbrough, CEO, Tubi Media Group.

Rob has been an instrumental part of the Credible team for nearly ten years, shaping and delivering the value that we provide to both consumers and to partners each day, said Cheesbrough. I'm extremely pleased to have him at the helm as we embark on the next chapter of the company.

Humann joined Credible in 2016 when it was a Series A company with a single product and over the past nine years, he has played a central role in driving its transformation into a leading U.S. consumer finance technology platform. Most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer, he oversaw the company's rapid growth and the diversification of its business model. Humann spearheaded the company's go-to-market strategy and has led major strategic partnerships with leading media and publisher organizations.

Humann also oversaw the company-wide marketing and distribution strategy, and led strategic initiatives that expanded Credible's footprint. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth trajectory while maintaining strong and growing profitability.

Before joining Credible, Humann was a founding team member of RCF Jolimont, a venture capital firm investing in technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability in the global mineral resources sector. Prior to his time at RCF Jolimont, he held a leadership role at a medtech company and worked in corporate advisory and business development.
