NMF Hires Javier Mendez to Drive Colorfront Sales In North America

Javier Mendez has been appointed head of business development at international reseller Nacho Mazzini Family (NMF) (www.nachomf.com), where he is tasked with spearheading new North American sales for Colorfront (www.colorfront.com), the Academy and Emmy award-winning developer of high performance, on-set dailies and transcoding systems for motion pictures and high-end episodic TV and commercials.

NMF, which operates from offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Miami, Florida, USA, is the exclusive reseller for Colorfront products across Latin America and selected US regions, and the distributor and reseller channels driver in Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Colorfront products include Express Dailies and On-Set Dailies systems, plus the market-leading Transkoder file-conversion and mastering system.

Mendez brings extensive workflow experience to NMF in support of Colorfront sales and marketing. He draws from hands-on knowledge gained during his previous 12-year tenure at CineSys Inc, and as a certified trainer in Autodesk's M&E Division Products and as an Apple Certified Support Professional.

Mendez will now focus on developing NMF's array of post-production, OTT and broadcast markets, and assist Colorfront customers in their delivery of high-quality content to entertainment corporations such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple and Hulu. He will be based out of Miami, and will cover Canada as well as the United States, with the exception of California, where Colorfront is represented by ALT Systems. Colorfront's US customers include Deluxe, Technicolor, Disney, Fox, Sony, HBO, Warner Bros., Netflix and Amazon.
