Dreion Channels James Brown in Symphony Park, Goes Viral

A few seconds into the video of Dreions performance live from Symphony Park in Boston, youll understand why audience member and Berklee staffer Abria Smith took out her phone and started filming. Dreions energy as he and his band sizzled through a James Brown tune took command of not just the audience present for the performance, but now of viewers all over the world. Smiths video has amassed 1.2 million views on Facebook, and the play count grows by the minute, with over a thousand enthusiastic comments to scroll through (heres Berklees President Roger H. Brown: thats what Im talking about-the funky medicine we need more of in Boston).
