BPNet Video Management Service Now Available from Broadcast Pix

Chelmsford, Massachusetts Sept. 9, 2016 Broadcast Pix has announced the immediate availability of its new BPNet cloud-based video workflow service. Available as a standalone solution for file sharing, delivery, transcoding, QC, and archiving, BPNet is also integrated with Broadcast Pix production switchers equipped with the new Version 6.0 software.

BPNet will be featured at IBC 2016 (Stand 7.B21), which runs Sept. 9-13 at RAI Amsterdam. One demo station will show how BPNet transfers media files from the cloud directly to the Broadcast Pix live production environment. Another area will show the system's extensive capabilities for subscription-based clients who do not own a Broadcast Pix switcher.

Built on modern IP principles, the BPNet production ecosystem simplifies media collaboration, transcoding, and distribution by eliminating technological barriers. From any web browser on desktop or mobile devices, BPNet enables users at every stage of media production to:
