Manage Social Reactions to Posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

The latest update to our audience engagement platform STORY comes with new features including management of social reactions, visual polls and ability to publish a format to multiple destinations.

Social Reactions STORY can now retrieve and display social reactions to posts eg. counts for love, like, etc on Facebook, counts for likes, retweets and replies on Twitter and number of comments and likes on Instagram. This is useful for understanding the sentiment around posts.

Images For Polls Images associated with poll questions and alternatives are now displayed in the poll previews, giving an enhanced visual representation. Read more about using live polling to engage with your audience.

Prompter For TV Presenters Prompter is a simple web-based application that allows you to publish content ready for air direct to your TV presenters iPad or computer.

Prompter gives presenters the ability to see what content has been published to air in realtime, whether its social media posts, images, videos, polls or trends. This enables the presenters to read out comments from viewers as they come in, or discuss results of live polls. Read more.
