JIGSAW24 ANNOUNCES FIRST OF ITS KIND VOLUME PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH AVID

Jigsaw24, the Avid Elite reseller for Storage, Video and Audio solutions, today announced it has signed a volume purchase agreement with Avid. Under the terms of the agreement, Jigsaw24 has committed to carry an increased level of Avid stock to provide its customers with easier and quicker access to a wider range of Avid solutions, at competitive rates.

We are now able to deliver and install systems at our customers' convenience, rather than having to wait for product shipments, often from overseas. Our capacity to stock and deliver spares also means we can provide greater levels of support, with even a same day delivery service for emergencies.

Jigsaw24 plan to always hold product from across the Avid portfolio, including Media Composer and the Artist I/O products, NEXIS Enterprise and NEXIS | PRO, and the Pro Tools range, including S3 and S6.

Jigsaw24 has also teamed up with Avid to host the UK launch of Editorial Management, which will take place on Wednesday 5thSeptemberat 8 Golden Square, Soho W1F 9HY between 17:00 20:00. The MediaCentral module is designed to ensure that any facility no matter how small, remote, temporary or frantic has access to key asset management functions. These include logging footage and creating rough cuts, Phonetic Search, Avid Illuminate, prepping new bins and searching and browsing across all projects and media on NEXIS shared storage via a browser-based interface.
