An unsuspecting Rory O'Connor is given a twice in a lifetime opportunity to meet and be entertained by the amazing, indefatigable Carol Channing in the new Pepsi digital short via The Barbarian Group. In the piece, directed by Chris Mantzaris and edited by Cut+Run's Joel Miller, Rory O'Connor is interviewed during a Legion bingo tournament under the guise of a documentary about Super Bowl IV. After warmly recalling Channing's 1970 halftime show, he is surprised and thrilled with a reprise performance by the larger-than-life Channing on stage in the tiny Legion Hall.
