PETER LANGENBERG APPOINTED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, BANIJAY GROUP

Peter Langenberg has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, Banijay Group, it was announced today by Marco Bassetti, Chief Executive Officer.

Based in London and Paris, Langenberg will be directly responsible for Banijay Group's operating companies across UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Germany and India with a particular focus on building synergies at Group level and increasing development opportunities.

Peter has an extremely strong track record in determining and expanding strategic opportunities across a wide-ranging group of companies and we are sure that his expertise and enthusiasm for the content business will take our growing federation of creative companies to the next level.

Peter Langenberg added, I am excited to have the opportunity to work for one of the industry leaders and help strengthen its position as a true global player in creativity, production and distribution. I believe that Banijay, certainly after the recent merger with Zodiak, is just at the beginning of taking advantage of growth opportunities and I am looking forward to fostering synergies within the group, contributing to further expansion and being part of this exciting journey.

Prior to joining Banijay Group, Peter Langenberg was Vice President, Business Management, Warner Bros. International TV Production from 2011 until 2016. Before that, Langenberg was COO for R&D Media Holding and 3 Circles Media Holding. Previously he spent ten years with Endemol, where his roles included Executive Director of Operations for Latin America and later for the entire Endemol Group, and most recently as Managing Director Entertainment for Endemol Nederland B.V.
