Video confidence at a glance with 360 Live Mosaic

We are delighted to launch the new 360 Live Mosaic application on the Agama Enterprise platform, our central umbrella system.

This capability allows for the easy correlation of thumbnails and audio volume from multiple Analyzer probes across a headend. All technologies are supported, from SPTS:es on the ingest side to multi-profile ABR services, making it the perfect tool to get visual confidence in the whole head-end processing chain. All that is required is to deploy analyzer probes with thumbnail capability.

How it works360 Live Mosaic is up and running from the start, showing thumbnails from the connected analyzers, by going to the 360 Live Mosaic app in the Status menu. To configure its behavior, click the menu icon in the upper left corner.

Then, select the monitoring locations and channel groups that you want to visualize, as well as the pagination time click on the menu icon again to hide it, and you are done. The channels and monitoring locations you chose are now displayed. The layout is multi-page and after the pagination time, a new set of thumbnails are shown.

The alarm pane is a very useful feature of the app. This is a special section where channels with active alarms can be shown. To enable this, click on the bell icon in the top right corner. Any channels with issues will now be automatically displayed in the alarm pane making sure that you never miss to see any issues.

It is also possible to pin channels, ensuring that chosen channels are always shown among the thumbnails, change size, expand multi-profile ABR channels to see all profiles as individual thumbnails and perform other actions. I'm sure that you'll find the app a valuable complement to the other capabilities in the Enterprise Platform for always keeping track of channel performance.
