wTVision in a twelve days desert operation It's been about 10 years since wTVision's first incursion in the Middle East and 6 years since the company opened its Dubai office. Resulting from its own commitment to support and understand local sport, wTVision developed the knowledge that led the company to be recognized as one of the key players providing data and graphics for several popular sports in Arab countries.

A good example is camel races coverage. The most recent project took place in Al Wahtba, Abu Dhabi. The seventh Final Annual Camel Races Festival is one of the most important and biggest festivals in the region. For the event, wTVision was asked to design a brand new graphic line. The expertise of wTVision's Dubai team was also a key point of the whole 12 days operation in the desert . The operations used CamelStats CG for the data gathering and the real-time graphics playout.

After debuting its own GPS system in cycling and horse events, wTVision introduces now this brand new solution in camel races, bringing another exciting element for the broadcast of this fast growing sport. The data received from this system gives the viewers valuable information such as distance to the final, graphical information about the leader's location on the field and differences between two participants, all in real-time.

This was the 3rd presence of wTVision in this competition, this time working for the recently formed Abu Dhabi Media Channel, Yas TV channel. Live Production was the company in charge of this event production that also marks the end of the whole camel racing season in UAE. Since the year of 2013 that wTVision is the company responsible for the graphic coverage of all broadcast races of the championship sponsored by UAE Camel Race Management, confirming wTVision as one of the most experienced companies in this kind of sport.
