New Initiative from MetLife Resources Encourages K-12 Educators to Strategically Approach Retirement at Each Stage of Their Professional Life Charlotte, NC, August 24, 2015 - As the school year begins across the country, teachers are yet again focused on preparing students for successful futures. For most educators, students come first, but it's just as important for teachers to commit to their own lifetime of learning and financial success. In fact, the LIMRA Secure Retirement Institute 2015 Plan Sponsor Study reports that K-12 administrators feel that only 41% of their employees will be financially prepared for retirement.
