Warner Bros. International Television Distribution Signs TV Distribution Agreement with Saran Media in Turkey October 5, 2016

BURBANK, Calif. and ISTANBUL, Turkey - Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD) has signed a new, multi-year television distribution agreement with SARAN Media in Turkey, it was announced today by Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution, and Alan K. Saran, CEO, SARAN Media.

The new output deal expands upon WBITD's current distribution pact with SARAN and marks the continuation of the 15-year relationship between the two companies. Under the terms of the new deal, SARAN has acquired the premium, basic, free and subscription video-on-demand rights to a wide range of programming distributed by WBITD, including current and library feature films, television series and animation titles from Warner Bros. Entertainment. SARAN will license these properties to various broadcasters in Turkey.

The agreement covers current and library features Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad, and Sully to name a few; current TV series Lethal Weapon, Training Day, Frequency, and Supergirl, among others, as well as a slate of animated series.
