El galardonado y reconocido director de largometrajes, videoclips y anuncios publicitarios, Kosai Sekine, ha rodado junto al director de fotograf a, Senzo Uenothe documental japon s Torre del Sol. En el rodaje emplearon las c maras de Blackmagic Design Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K, como c mara principal, y la versi n Pocket Cinema Camera, como unidad secundaria para grabar diversas escenas.
Como parte de los pabellones tem ticos de la Exposici n General de primera categor a de Osaka (1970), el artista Taro Okamoto dise la Torre del Sol. Este nuevo documental se enfoca en el mensaje de dicha construcci n y sobre su creador en s .
No ten a mucho conocimiento sobre la Torre del Sol y Taro Okamoto, as que los estudi por seis meses. Gran parte de su trabajo emplea colores primarios y, en este documental, tambi n quer a destacar estos elementos , comenta el director Sekine.
Decid usar el modelo Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K en esta oportunidad, porque permite lograr una est tica agradable y uniforme. A pesar de su precio econ mico, es una c mara que brinda la posibilidad de capturar im genes de calidad excepcional. Es mi favorita , expres el cineasta Ueno.
En el documental, se entrevistaron a 29 personas, lo que facilit la composici n de la historia. Usaron dos c maras URSA Mini Pro 4.6K durante este rodaje, cada una con un Video Assist para realizar copias de respaldo del material.
ProRes 4:2:2 y RAW Nos llev de 2 a 3 horas filmar a cada persona. Para las entrevistas, usamos el formato ProRes 4:2:2, ya que eran secuencias m s prolongadas y ten amos que considerar la din mica requerida en la etapa de posproducci n. El resto de las escenas las grabamos en RAW. Es muy til tener la posibilidad de cambiar los ajustes de grabaci n seg n las circunstancias. El modelo URSA Mini Pro 4.6K es sumamente confiable y se puede emplear tranquilamente durante jornadas largas , a adi el productor Dai Sano.
A fin de poder seguir el origen de Taro Okamoto, viajamos a varias partes de Jap n, el T bet y Corea, y llev una URSA Mini Pro 4.6K y una Pocket Cinema Camera. Me sorprendi mucho el amplio rango din mico de esta ltima, a pesar de su tama o compacto. Desde ya que las im genes obtenidas con estos dos modelos tienen la misma calidad excepcional, y adem s ambos permiten obtener un aspecto uniforme de las distintas tomas , aclar Ueno.
Los filtros de densidad neutra integrados en el modelo Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K fueron muy tiles ante las cambiantes condiciones lum nicas. Es algo muy conveniente, ya que permite enfocarnos en la grabaci n sin perder tiempo. Con respecto a los botones externos F1 y F2, les asignamos las funciones de uso m s frecuente, por ejemplo falso color, lo que nos brind la posibilidad de lograr el nivel de exposici n sin inconvenientes. Esta c mara es muy vers til, dado que podemos personalizar el uso de estos botones y elegir el tipo de objetivo, por ejemplo PL o EF. Sin todas estas prestaciones, hubiera sido imposible rodar con una cantidad reducida de gente , concluy el director de fotograf a.
