Built Into Setplex's Zapflex Platform, AI Insider Turns Video Service Data Into Actionable Insights

Setplex today introduced AI Insider, a breakthrough new AI-powered agent built directly into the analytics layer of its Zapflex video service platform. Using natural language, AI Insider enables operators, broadcasters, and media owners to explore real-time data on service quality, content performance, and audience activity, receiving relevant metrics, charts, and visual answers in seconds. By making analytics easier to access, AI Insider helps operators respond more quickly to changes in service performance and viewer behavior.
