Panasonic's AK-UC3000 4K studio camera eases transition from HD to 4K
LANG AG has recently invented in Panasonic AK-UC3000 4K studio cameras. The AK-UC3000's combination of cost-effectiveness and high quality was decisive for the decision to invest.
The Panasonic AK-UC3000's single MOS sensor delivers a UHD signal with up to 50p as well as excellent image quality in HD. The AK-UC3000 features a B4 mount and thus allows the use of already present 2/3 type lenses. This considerably reduces the new UHD camera system's investment costs. The Panasonic AK-UC3000 additionally offers high sensitivity (F10/2000 lx) and resolution (1800 TV lines/UHD), low noise (S/N 60 dB+) as well as a wide dynamic range of up to 600 % (-6 dB to 36 dB).
LANG AG was particularly convinced by the camera's ability to deliver both 1080/50P and 4K. The new Panasonic AK-UC3000 cameras strengthen LANG AG's existing broadcast portfolio, allowing the company to fulfil its customers' highly diverse live production needs even better.
