The fresh and bold graphics of Fusion, with Vizrt La nueva network impulsada por ABC News y Univision Communications para el p blico latino en EE.UU. utiliza en sus estudios de Miami herramientas de Vizrt para crear un fresco y minimalista grafismo que huye de convencionalismos en su imagen en pantalla.
Fusion, la iniciativa conjunta entre ABC News y Univision Communications, ha optado por Vizrt para la creaci n y gesti n de gr ficos en sus nuevas instalaciones en Miami.
Enfocada en la audiencia latinoamericana en Estados Unidos, la apuesta de Fusion huye de convencionalismos en su imagen en pantalla apostando por un grafismo muy fresco. Todos los elementos gr ficos, incluyendo aquellos que se proyectan en un impresionante videowall de 3 12 metros han sido dise ados para atraer a una audiencia acostumbrada a entornos online, con una est tica minimalista 3D.
Seg n Michael Berkman, vicepresidente de servicios creativos Fusion, la producci n de gr ficos en Fusion con Vizrt se adapta exactamente a las necesidades individuales del equipo, funcionando a la perfecci n. Las rdenes de trabajo, tanto en Miami como en Los ngeles, se completan en el momento oportuno, reduciendo los costes al m nimo .
Para la creaci n de los templates gr ficos, Fusion emplea Viz Content Pilot, la plataforma para producci n gr fica en tiempo real de Vizrt. Estos templates, dise ados por Berkman y su equipo, son audaces, frescos, irreverentes y nicos gracias al uso de las capacidades extendidas de la plataforma de producci n.
Todo el grafismo se dise a por un departamento interno en Fusion con Viz Artist, la herramienta para modelado y animaci n en tiempo real. El equipo gr fico y editorial est n tambi n utilizando Viz World para la creaci n de mapas 3D en tiempo real.
Para ayudar a administrar las solicitudes de gr ficos, Fusion ha instalado el paquete de administraci n de pedidos de Vizrt, una suite de herramientas de software integradas con Viz Pilot y Viz One que se utiliza para realizar un seguimiento de la carga de trabajo, la disponibilidad de personal y el ancho de banda de la red.
La gesti n de pedidos nos da la capacidad para ver la carga de trabajo, una gran ventaja, ya que estamos produciendo un importante n mero de gr ficos diariamente. La inteligencia del sistema es cr tico para una nueva red como la nuestra, en la que no se sabe muy bien cu ntos recursos se necesitar n hasta que se empiece a emitir un programa de manera regular , admite Berkman.
Con Vizrt Order Management, los productores pueden pedir exactamente lo que necesitan cuando lo necesitan, simplemente rellenando un formulario en l nea. Una vez que la orden se guarda, el gr fico se coloca y luego la imagen se introduce en un template Viz Content Pilot. El equipo directivo puede as asignar una tarea a un artista gr fico espec fico o m s de uno al mismo tiempo. El gr fico terminado se sube y el sistema pone autom ticamente el gr fico en la plantilla listo para salir al aire.
David Jorba, vicepresidente ejecutivo de operaciones de Vizrt Am ricas, ha se alado que el paquete de administraci n de pedidos representa realmente una manera diferente de trabajar y ordenar los gr ficos. Todo productor o periodista puede buscar en una base de datos por im genes, clip-bumpers, IDs, t tulos y hacer un pedido para que se cree en apenas unos minutos .
