Prinn brings a wealth of experience and expertise garnered from his previous roles as CFO for leading technology companies, including Poplar Homes and SeaChange International. With a proven track record in executive leadership and team building focused on automation and process efficiencies, Prinns arrival marks a significant milestone in rounding out Grass Valleys leadership team as it enters the growth phase of its strategic plan.
Jon Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at Grass Valley, commented, Mike's appointment as CFO represents the final piece in our go-forward leadership team. Mike's track record as a financial executive includes leading companies through both business model transformation and growth phases.
