Rohde & Schwarz acquires open source intelligence specialist Munich Innovation Labs GmbH Effective October 31, 2025, Rohde & Schwarz acquired Munich Innovation Labs, a software specialist with headquarters in Munich. The company, founded in 2015, develops and markets AI based software solutions for domestic and international security. The acquisition strengthens the Rohde & Schwarz position in the market for data analytics solutions, particularly in the field of open source intelligence (OSINT).

Munich, November 3, 2025 -The growing demand for data analytics solutions and platforms is driving significant growth in this sector. Rohde & Schwarz acquired Munich Innovation Labs GmbH, a technological leader serving the data analytics solutions market, on October 31, 2025. The Munich based software company, founded in 2015, develops and markets AI based software solutions for domestic and international security.
