When the enemy comes in like a flood, looking for whom he may devour, we have One on our side who sets up a standard against him! Against our physical, emotional and spiritual health.

So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
Isaiah 59:19 When we allow the devil a foothold in our lives, we give him the legal right to rob, kill and destroy. But God, our Heavenly Father has promised:
He will be a wall of fire around us and the glory in our midst (Zechariah 2:5). As we work with God, He redeems our life from the pit and crowns us with love and compassion.
Psalm 103: 2-5 (NIV)

4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's
How to work with God towards health and wholeness? 1. RECOGNISE - ask God to help you recognise any area of your life that needs to change or needs healing.
2. RESPONSIBILITY - take responsibility for what you recognise instead of blaming others for your behaviour. God is on your side and wants to make you whole.
3. REPENT - repent before God asking Him to forgive you for participating with what you recognise and to help you forgive those who have helped create a loophole.
4. RENOUNCE - make what you recognise your enemy and renounce/remove it.
5. REMOVE - get rid of that attitude/behaviour you have recognised once and for all.
6. RESIST - when it tries to come back to you, resist it! (Remove yourself and regroup if necessary).
7. REJOICE - give God thanks for setting you free and for providing a way out through Jesus.
8. RESTORE - help someone else get set free
Read Deuteronomy Chapter 30 and memorise vs 19:
I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing, and the curse. So, choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants! Love the Lord, listen to His voice. He wants to redeem and restore His original design and purpose for your life.
PRAYER Father, thank you that you created me with a specific destiny in mind. Even though the enemy tries to create chaos and destruction, you can restore the original plan you had for my life.
I praise you that I have been fearfully and wonderfully made, and that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
Amen.
