Fusion: Broadcast Solutions and Wireworx Join Forces

(26/02/2014) Broadcast Solutions from Bingen/Germany and Wireworx from Stuttgart/Germany, two teams of experts in media and broadcast technology have now moved even more closely as part of a merger. Thus, a group of companies with about 80 employees has arisen, headed by Stefan Breder, Wladislaw Grabowski, Rainer Kampe and J rgen K ssinger.

For more than ten years, Wireworx and Broadcast Solutions have cooperated closely, and as a result of a strong growth the companies have decided to merge. The goal for this new constellation is to further enhance international business to provide customers with individually tailored, optimally integrated solutions from a single source.

Wireworx GmbH is now a subsidiary of Broadcast Solutions and the previous owners and managers of Wireworx, Rainer Kampe and J rgen K ssinger, are now co-owners and management team members of Broadcast Solutions.

The merger is a win -win situation for all parties involved and will provide a lot of benefits for our customers, said Stefan Breder, CEO of Broadcast Solutions GmbH. With a more closely integrated, high-performance team, we can now expand even further.

The merger leads to tight integration of the two former partners and as a part of a larger group we become much stronger explains J rgen K ssinger and Rainer Kampe.

Regarding the international growth, Wladislaw Grabowski explains I am looking forward to care for and develop the CIS region, one of our most important markets as COO.

The management team of the now 80 people strong Broadcast Solutions GmbH is based on the four owners and managers, in addition the company act through two business development directors and three branch managers.

Stefan Breder acts as Managing Director / CEO and is responsible for the company strategy, sales, finance, and for the branch office in Dubai.

Wladislaw Grabowski acts as COO responsible for operations in the CIS markets as well as for the office in Kiev.

Rainer Kampe acts as CTO and is responsible for the technology division of the entire company.

J rgen K ssinger is responsible as COO for the division of media technology / sound installations as well as the field of engineering services.

As Business Development Directors, Peter Jakobsson is responsible for internationals markets while Alexander Marinichev is responsible for the CIS area.

The branch managers, Munzer Rushdi in Dubai, Illia Volovich in Kiev and J rgen Wiechert in Cologne complements the management team.
