For over 25 years, Rich has built and managed successful high-tech businesses and sales and marketing organizations that serve the media and entertainment industry. His experience has encompassed leadership of manufacturers and channel partners, ownership of manufacturer s rep and distribution companies, and sales and marketing of hardware and software. Rich joined Starin following its 2023 acquisition of Toolfarm and 76 Media Systems, where he served as CEO of both companies.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in broadcast and multimedia sales, integration, and management in film, broadcast, live events, sports, higher education, and post-production.
