Armaan Ali Joins IVP

Menlo Park, Calif. - September 15, 2016 - IVP, a premier later-stage venture capital and growth equity firm, is pleased to announce a new addition to its investment team. Armaan Ali joins IVP as an Associate and will focus on identifying and evaluating later-stage enterprise software, Internet and digital media, and mobile investments.

Prior to joining IVP, Armaan worked at Qatalyst Partners, a technology-focused boutique investment bank located in San Francisco. His transaction experience includes Concur's $8.3Bn sale to SAP, HomeAway's $3.9Bn sale to Expedia, Aruba's $3.0Bn sale to HP, Xoom's $1.1Bn sale to PayPal, Twitch's $970MM sale to Amazon.com, and Pentaho's sale to Hitachi Data Systems. Armaan graduated from New York University, where he received a double B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business along with a joint minor in Computer Science and Mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences.
