WarnerMedia, una divisi n de AT&T, ha anunciado el nombramiento de Priya Dogra como presidenta de WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks para las regiones EMEA y APAC. Por el momento, Dogra continuar con sus responsabilidades como vicepresidenta ejecutiva de estrategia y desarrollo corporativo de WarnerMedia.
Dogra reportar a Gerhard Zeiler, director de ingresos de WarnerMedia y presidente de WarnerMedia International Networks. Reemplaza en el cargo a Giorgio Stock, quien renunci a finales de junio.
En su nuevo cargo, Dogra supervisar la programaci n, publicidad, distribuci n y las operaciones de las redes de entretenimiento de WarnerMedia que incluyen las redes b sicas de Turner y HBO premium en Europa, Oriente Medio, frica y la regi n de Asia-Pac fico. Adem s, compartir la responsabilidad del negocio de programaci n infantil en EMEA y APAC con Tom Ascheim, quien recientemente fue nombrado presidente de Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics en Warner Bros.
Gerhard Zeiler ha afirmado que Priya es una ejecutiva de clase mundial que ha estado impulsando las iniciativas de crecimiento corporativo general de WarnerMedia y en particular nuestra estrategia de directo al consumidor a nivel internacional. Dogra que se incorpor a la compa a en 2009, actualmente es vicepresidenta ejecutiva de estrategia y desarrollo corporativo y anteriormente fue directora de fusiones y adquisiciones de Time Warner. Tambi n dirigi las estrategias de crecimiento global de la compa a y gestion la actividad de inversi n y fusiones y adquisiciones para apoyar esas estrategias. Antes de unirse a Time Warner, Dogra fue vicepresidenta del rea de inversi n en tecnolog a, media y elecomunicaciones de Citigroup.
