Based on the award-winning Dune HD Connect StickSTB with additional support for the company's full line of IPTV and OTT IP and hybrid CPE devices, the agreement encompasses distribution, systems integration, research and development and support.

The offering is centered around the delivery of hybrid and IP-based television services globally with Dune HD's innovative line of CPE products that feature powerful Sigma Designs chipsets, and offer support for MHEG-5 and HbbTV using Digisoft's Iris operating system. The combined Dune HD/Digisoft.tv product supports standard broadcast formats and rapid customization using HTML5 for the interface, including EPG, VOD and the App Store.
