MaNgwabe opens up about her baby's developmental strugglesMaNgwabe's second child is a special needs child. Tweep are arguing that may the reason she is overprotective over her children.

Tonight's episode (3 November) of Uthando Nes'thembu opened a layer to Musa Mseleku's fourth wife that viewers were not ready for.

During a family outing with her husband and their two kids, Mbali MaNgwabe Mseleku revealed that her youngest child Zenande was born with a Cleft palate.

Zenande was born with a cleft palette. When Doctors explain it, they say it has something to do with some kind of underdevelopment. The Doctor is supposed to do another scan on her because she did it when she was young. She had to do it again just to check if her brain has fully developed, MaNgwabe explains.

ZENANDE MSELEKU'S SPEECH MaNgwabe says Zenande is now able to express herself. This makes her happy. Zenande has had two repairs done.

She did the first one and it was not successful. She had to redo the procedure again when she was three years, Mbali said.

Her speech is not like that of other kids, but at least she can speak so I am happy that she can talk, the Nurse by profession said.

Zenande's father Musa said it was his first time having a child that was born like her.

I was very scared and nervous. The journey we went through, hearing her speak and seeing her go to a special school. There are many things that make me love her more because she's different from the other children. Her problems are different to those of the other children, the polygamist says.

Musa then credits the great mother that MaNgwabe is because she handles all of this really well.

THIS IS WHY SHE IS OVERPROTECTIVE' TWEEPS DEFEND HER After bashing her for weeks, it seems tweeps have changed their tune and are now understanding why she fights so much for kids.

After seeing this scene, I understand even more MaNgwabe's sensitivity towards her babies , says @ZanMajiyane.
