As the market leading operator, the aim of Telekom is to support the IT convergence of domestic companies by providing office tools essential in business life. According to the latest representative survey of the company, computer penetration has been constantly growing among SMEs, although by 1 or 2% only, and within that needs for laptops are visibly increasing. Adapted to market needs, from 17 February 2014 Telekom has been offering new office IT tools, primarily laptops, as well as mobile Internet plans available with them, to micro, small and medium enterprises, without initial investment costs.

Primarily tuned to laptops, the offering is aimed at companies that are smaller in size but exacting in terms of mobility: for them Asus, HP, Lenovo or Acer computers are offered on a monthly payment plan, without investment.

The new Telekom notebooks and desktop computer offers include the initial bringing into service of the ordered IT tools, furthermore - as on-site assistance - the data stored on the old computer are transferred to the new tools. After that, the enterprises have two more years during which they could request IT support from Telekom through the Internet or on telephone.

Telekom recommends that the newly ordered machines should come with Office program package installed. Office 365 service is a cloud solution operated by Microsoft, in which corporate grade services are made available for enterprises of any size, from simple word processors all the way through software applications for creating presentations and enabling the sharing of documents, to business mail applications. Thanks to the cloud service, the Office applications are always available in the most recent legitimate version, and using these applications corporate documents, email messages will become available from any place right after logging on to the Internet, facilitating working away from the office.

Telekom also offers mobile net service with the new laptops, with a trial period of 2 months.

Of the computers included in the offer, Asus X551CA and Lenovo S50 FLEX targets those private entrepreneurs and their employees who would like to use their laptops both for professional business work and in the family. In contrast, HP ProBook is a high capacity notebook expressly recommended for corporate managers and special users, which commands respect by its enduring design and elegant appearance. Customers inclined to novelty may take advantage of a really unique computer offered by Telekom: Acer Iconica Tab combines three different operating modes: it can be used as a tablet with a touch screen, as a classic tablet and also as a projector by tilting the screen.
