Gleich drei neue Kamera-Serien mit USB 3.0-Anschluss bringt IDS jetzt auf
den Markt: Die kosteng nstige USB 3 uEye LE im robusten Plastikoutfit,
die USB 3 uEye LE als platzsparende Einplatinenkamera und die USB 3 uEye ML als typische Allround -Industriekamera mit Metallgeh use. Alle Modelle sind mit den aktuellen und besonders lichtempfindlichen CMOS-Sensoren von Aptina und e2v erh ltlich und werden mit Aufl sungen von 1,3, 2 und 5 Megapixel angeboten. Ausserdem sind die Kameras mit einer NIR-optimierten Variante des 1,3 MPixel Sensors von e2v lieferbar. Das schnittstellen bergreifende Treiberpaket von IDS macht einen einfachen Umstieg von USB 2.0 auf die USB 3.0-Technologie m glich.
Zusammen mit der USB 3 uEye CP, die bereits 2011 pr sentiert wurde und sich schon in vielen Machine Vision Anwendungen bew hren konnte, bietet IDS nun vier Kamera-Serien und ber 40 Modelle mit USB 3.0 Interface an. F r jede Anwendung, von der Automatisierungstechnik und Robotik ber den Kleinger tebau bis zum Einsatz in der Druck- und Verpackungsindustrie oder auch in der Medizintechnik, findet sich jetzt ein passendes Modell mit dem schnellen USB-Anschluss.
Die neue Geh usevariante der USB 3 uEye LE ist auf die wesentlichen Funktionen konzentriert und erg nzt die USB 3.0 Kamerapalette im unteren Preissegment. Nichts-destotrotz ist das beschichtete Plastikoutfit auch raueren Industrieanforderungen gewachsen, ein C/CS-Mount Objektivanschluss erlaubt au erdem die Verwendung von Weitwinkelobjektiven.
Als erste USB 3.0 Board-Level-Kamera kommt die Einplatinenversion der USB 3 uEye LE auf den Industriemarkt. Sehr klein gebaut ist sie ideal geeignet f r platzkritische Anwendungen. Ein 8 Pin Konnektor mit 5 V Stromversorgung, Trigger und Blitz, 2 GPIOs sowie ein I2C-Bus zur Ansteuerung der Peripherie sorgen f r nahezu uneingeschr nkte Konnektivit t und hohe Flexibilit t. Modellvarianten mit S-Mount Objektivanschluss erm glichen zudem die Verwendung g nstiger Objektive. Die Au enabmessungen der USB 3 uEye LE Platinenkamera sind identisch mit dem USB 2.0-Modell, was einen Wechsel erleichtert.
Als Allrounder f r den Ger te- und Maschinenbau positioniert sich die neue USB 3 uEye ML. Sie wiegt nur 41 g, misst gerade einmal 47 x 46 x 28 mm und bietet dennoch alles, was von einer typischen Industriekamera erwartet wird: Dazu geh ren ein stabiles Metallgeh use, ein C/CS-Mount-Objektivanschluss, zwei GPIOs und optisch-entkoppelte Triggerein- und Blitzausg nge mit 8-poligem Hirosestecker.
Die drei neuen USB 3.0 Kameraserien versprechen einfachste Integration und Handhabung dank des USB-typischen Plug & Plays und der ausgereiften IDS Software Suite. Zahlreiche von IDS implementierte Sonderfunktionen sorgen f r ein Extra an Funktionalit t und detailgenaue Bilder auch bei schwierigen Lichtverh ltnissen.
