New firmware update for FUJIFILM X-A3 (Ver. 2.20) and X-A10 (Ver2.20) coming soon Complimentary upgrades will add support for FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ and instax SHARE SP-3 compatibility.

FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) will release free firmware updates for the FUJIFILM X-A3 ( X-A3 ) and FUJIFILM X-A10 ( X-A10 ) X Series mirrorless digital camera. These updates will be released at the beginning of March 2018 and will add compatibility with newly announced products and new functions to the X-A3 and X-A10.

This firmware update will provide compatibility with FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OSI PZ unique additional features when attached to the camera and also a compatibility with instax SHARE SP-3 . FUJIFILM attempts to continuously upgrade firmware on cameras and lenses in order to provide better user experience and enhance the joy of photography for our customers.

FUJIFILM X-A10 (Ver. 2.20)

1. Compatible with the newly developed FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens

The upgrade will add compatibility for the newly developed FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens.

1) Zoom function with rear command dial when the LCD is 180 degree rotated

2) Front ring function automatically switches between manual zoom and focus ring depends on focus mode

3) Memorize the lens zoom position when power off and return to the position when power on

4) Maintain the lens zoom position in playback mode to shorten the startup time for the next shooting

2. Compatible with instax SHARE SP-3

The upgrade adds compatibility with instax SHARE SP-3, as well as SP-1 and SP-2.
