Abertis net profit amounted to 617 million euros in 2013 La facturaci n crece un 25% hasta los 4.654 millones de euros mientras que el Margen Bruto (EBITDA) crece un 24% hasta los 2.923 millones. La Deuda Neta se reduce un 7% hasta los 13.155 millones.
Abertis increment en 2013 sus magnitudes principales, con alzas en ingresos ( 25%), Ebitda ( 24%) y resultado neto recurrente ( 6%), en un ejercicio en el que el Grupo consolid por primera vez de forma global sus nuevos negocios de autopistas en Brasil y Chile, que incorporaron al EBITDA de la compa a 500 millones de euros.
Los resultados de 2013 incorporan tambi n la desconsolidaci n del negocio de aeropuertos y la aportaci n de dos meses por integraci n global de Hispasat ( 15 millones de euros de Ebitda), as como del negocio de torres de telefon a m vil ( 5 millones de EBITDA).
Los ingresos de explotaci n de abertis en 2013 alcanzaron los 4.654 millones, lo que supone un 25% m s que en el ejercicio anterior. Casi las dos terceras partes de los ingresos se generaron fuera de Espa a, principalmente en Francia, Brasil y Chile. Del total de ingresos, un 90% se genera en la actividad de autopistas, mientras que el 10% restante corresponde al sector de telecomunicaciones, tras la venta de la divisi n de aeropuertos.
Por su parte, los gastos de explotaci n ascendieron hasta los 1.731 millones, debido a la incorporaci n al per metro de las autopistas de Brasil y Chile. El programa de eficiencia del Grupo sigue generando ahorros acumulados, que rozan los 460 millones desde su implantaci n en 2010. Los ahorros en costes generados en el a o 2013 fueron de 228 millones de euros.
El margen bruto de explotaci n (EBITDA) creci casi un 25% hasta alcanzar los 2.923 millones, siendo la aportaci n de los reci n adquiridos activos de Brasil y Chile casi una cuarta parte del total del grupo.
Las plusval as por la venta del 25% de Eutelsat en 2012 y del 3% durante 2013 hacen que el resultado neto del Grupo en 2013 no sea comparable. Excluyendo este efecto, el beneficio recurrente creci en 2013 un 6,5%.
La deuda neta consolidada de Abertis se redujo durante el ejercicio en 975 millones (-7%), situ ndose a fin del a o 2013 en 13.155 millones. Esta reducci n fue posible por la mayor generaci n de caja y gracias a los ingresos derivados de la venta del grupo aeroportuario TBI. El balance de la compa a mantiene todav a bajo el ep grafe de inversiones financieras disponibles para la venta un 5% de Eutelsat y las participaciones en GAP y MBJ.
Inversiones
Las inversiones del Grupo en 2013 ascienden a 1.181 millones de euros, de los que 1.044 millones se destinaron a expansi n y 137 millones a inversiones operativas corrientes (CAPEX).
Los principales proyectos de expansi n del ejercicio fueron los destinados a la adquisici n de un 16% adicional de Hispasat para la toma del control del grupo (173 millones), la compra de torres de telefon a m vil (118 millones) y sobre todo, las inversiones realizadas en Brasil en proyectos relacionados con las mejoras y construcci n de nuevas v as (367 millones) as como en la adquisici n de un 4,7 % adicional de Arteris con motivo de la OPA a minoritarios (127 millones).
