AWSN Announces Broadcast Schedule for Inaugural Professional Softball League Season

All Women's Sports Network (AWSN) has announced the live television schedule for the inaugural season of the Professional Softball League (PSL), beginning Friday, June 12. The opening day game will feature the Florida Vibe hosting the Florida Breeze at Palma Sola Park in Bradenton, Florida at 6:35 p.m. ET. The regular season concludes July 31, with postseason play beginning August 5 at Roberts Stadium in Trussville, Alabama.

AWSN is available in the U.S. on Pluto TV, Amazon Prime Video, DIRECTV, and Firestick.

Since the formation of the PSL last year, we have been super excited to see this new league launch on our network, and for it to provide an unprecedented structure for women's softball teams to compete in and an opportunity for some of the sport's best players to thrive in, says George Chung, CEO, AWSN.

Five years ago, the vision of building a true professional softball league for women was just the beginning. The 2026 season includes five established PSL teams - Atlanta Smoke, Florida Breeze, Florida Vibe, Kansas City Diamonds, and NY Rise - along with exhibition games featuring three newly formed teams: Birmingham Iron, Chattanooga Chill, and St. Louis Gatekeepers. The three new teams are each scheduled to play a best-of-three series during the regular season and are expected to join the full regular season in 2027. The Florida Heat, previously announced as a 2026 team, will instead join as a league expansion team in 2027.
