AV consultancy firm macom has expanded its UK staff and added another office location due to an expansion in its service portfolio.

With offices now located in Shoreditch and in Kent, macom UK provides AV consultancy services and specialist planning to any global location and looks after a number of major UK based companies both in the UK and abroad.

The German Headquartered macom Group with its services as a manufacturer-independent AV technology consultant for digitalisation projects has had a branch office in the UK since 2016.

Christian Bozeat, director of macom GmbH (UK) Ltd said, macom brings German engineering quality to the UK consultancy market. Working to well-defined German design processes we offer cost surety and quality assurance as well as on time deployments in all of our consultancy services .

In order to make these engineering services fully available in the UK and to show the commitment to the AV market, Michael Kottke has been appointed as operations director of the UK business as of January 2018. The macom UK team forms part of Europe's largest AV consultancy with over 100 employees in more than 10 office locations.

Despite the uncertainty of Brexit, macom Group sees the opportunities the UK AV market offers and intends to continue to expand their operations in the coming years. macom is dedicated to the development of its UK business using its scale and size to provide its engineering and detailed consultancy services in the UK.
