The CTO of Sony Unveils the latest advances in 4K and IP transmission Hugo Gaggioni muestra en una conferencia en Lima innovadoras herramientas para la elaboraci n y transmisi n de contenidos audiovisuales en Ultra HD.
El pionero y referente mundial de la televisi n digital, Hugo Gaggioni, reuni a destacados profesionales ligados a la producci n audiovisual, cinematograf a y televisi n en la conferencia magistral sobre tecnolog a 4K y transmisi n IP, promovida por Telvicom and Sony en Lima. Los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer los recientes avances de una nueva experiencia visual de muy alta resoluci n.
En Am rica Latina, hay mucho camino por recorrer en temas de implementaci n y elaboraci n de contenidos en 4k, pero, seg n el CTO de Sony, ya se vienen realizando una serie de pruebas piloto en cinematograf a y eventos multitudinarios como el mundial de f tbol Brasil 2014, con la utilizaci n de modernas c maras SONY.
Gaggioni explic que conforme la tecnolog a 4K vaya desplazando al HD, ser conveniente utilizar sistemas de transmisi n IP, que permitan reemplazar el cable coaxial y, con ello, realizar producciones mucho m s eficientes.
La imagen captada en 4K y posteriormente transmitida a la pantalla de un moderno televisor o una sala cine, sorprender cada vez m s al espectador. Por el momento, el tema de costos de equipos e infraestructura se convierte en una de las principales limitantes que se superar n en el corto plazo.
El jefe de tecnolog a de Sony, destac los enormes beneficios que pueden tener los profesionales y broadcasters al apostar por la tecnolog a 4K y transmisi n IP, en temas de calidad de imagen y eficiencia en trabajos de producci n en cine o TV.
Carlos Anciburo, gerente comercial de Telvicom se encarg de iniciar esta importante ponencia, destacando la trayectoria de Hugo Gaggioni y reforzando el compromiso de la compa a en el desarrollo de las comunicaciones.
Este importante encuentro forma parte de una serie de actividades organizadas con motivo del 15 aniversario de la empresa peruana Telvicom, en alianza estrecha con Sony.
