Circle of Confusion Television Studios announces deal with Amazon Studios to develop Thirteen

Circle of Confusion Television Studios, a joint venture between Circle of Confusion and ITV Studios America, will co-develop, as lead studio, a one-hour drama with Amazon Studios, based on the graphic novel SIX, published by Image Comics.

The project will be written by and executive produced by Stefan Jaworksi (Those Who Kill). Michael Dinner (Justified) will executive produce and is attached to direct.

THIRTEEN is a sci-fi thriller about a cold-blooded alien agent who comes to Earth to track down and bring back twelve alien defectors. As a result of her actions, she starts to experience the same thing that infected the others - human emotion. Feeling joy, anger, love and hate for the first time in her life, she decides to stay on Earth to find the truth the twelve were seeking, before her own emotional awakening transforms and ultimately destroys her.

Mike Oeming and Dan Berman, the authors of the graphic novel, will also serve as executive producers.
