Coincidiendo con el inicio de a o, Roberts Pons was the replacement como CEO de la compa a. Adem s, recientemente ha incorporado al veterano ejecutivo de tecnolog a Matthew Plug a su consejo de administraci n, en sustituci n de Andrew Sriubas que formaba parte del rgano de gobierno desde 2016.
Licenciado en Ciencias Pol ticas e Inform tica por la Universidad de Duke y doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Carolina del Norte, Matthew Stecker, de 52 a os, ha sido miembro del consejo de administraci n de empresas como Evolving Systems, Live Microsystems, Sito Mobile, MRV Communications y HealthWarehouse y RealNetworks. De 2014 a 2017 fue asesor pol tico principal del Departamento de Comercio de los Estados Unidos.
Robert Pons ha dado la bienvenida a Stecker destacando que posee experiencia directa en la gesti n y transformaci n de empresas de tecnolog a de crecimiento emergente a escala. M s espec ficamente, aporta una perspectiva valiosa de la que buscamos beneficiarnos al entrar en la siguiente fase de crecimiento de la empresa .
Stecker, por su parte, ha a adido que estoy deseando unirme al equipo de SeaChange y trabajar junto a Bob y el equipo de liderazgo para elevar la propuesta de valor de SeaChange. He seguido la progresi n de SeaChange y creo que la compa a est bien posicionada para expandir su participaci n de mercado y recuperar el impulso. Espero trabajar en estrecha colaboraci n con ellos para realizar el tremendo potencial de la tecnolog a de SeaChange y la amplia base de clientes .
