METLIFE DECLARES FOUR QUARTER 05 COMMON STOCK DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2015 - MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that its board of directors has declared a fourth quarter 2015 common stock dividend of $0.375 per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 11, 2015, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 6, 2015.
