**LIVE Two-hour Special**

Broadcasting live from the City and OMNI Television studios in Toronto, Canada's leading current affairs brand, Maclean's, brings audiences their first opportunity to hear from all major federal party leaders Stephen Harper (Conservative Party of Canada), Thomas Mulcair (New Democratic Party of Canada), Justin Trudeau (Liberal Party of Canada), and Elizabeth May (Green Party of Canada) in a nationally televised debate ahead of the upcoming Canadian federal election. Moderated by Maclean's political editor Paul Wells, the party leaders will debate on issues including the economy, energy and the environment, the health of Canadas democratic institutions, and foreign policy and security. The debate format will avoid canned speeches, providing the leaders with the opportunity to engage with each other. Throughout the night, commentary and in-depth analysis will be provided by Rogers's political media panel: Cynthia Mulligan (political specialist, CityNews), John Geddes (Ottawa bureau chief, Maclean's), Cormac MacSweeney (Parliament Hill bureau chief, CityNews and Rogers Radio), and Justin Ling (reporter, VICE News).
