An Upsurge in Share Reform and Listing of Cixi Enterprises

The share reform and listing of Cixi enterprises comes to a climax. Through 3 years' efforts, 20 IPO enterprises, 30 NEEQ listed companies, 130 companies quoted in Ningbo stock exchange center and 200 share-reforming enterprises appear in Cixi, the direct financing adding up to RMB 20billion.

Henghe Mould, listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August, has raised 145 million yuan and become the 6th enterprise successfully in list home and broad in Cixi, which changed the history of no other listed company emerging after Cixing Stock came into the market in 2012. Besides, a company has declared materials for listing in June; another 2 have planned to declare before the end of the year; other 6 enterprises have started the plan of main board listing. Meantime, there are 3 NEEQ listed companies in 2016 and 4 in Cixi. So far, Cixi has declared 1 company to list in NEEQ and 4 companies intend to do so before and after September.

It's a systematic project for companies to be on the market, which involves every aspect apart from their own efforts and entails strong support from local government and joint effort of all related departments. The head of Cixi Fanancing Office said, we will actively give advice and suggestions to the enterprises, help them to solve problems, unify the thought further and give our full support to companies intended to list. According to the implement of gradually spreading strategy of nurturing some, reforming some and listing others and through systematic service and complement supporting policy, we reinforce enterprises' knowledge of modern enterprise system and capital market, further the enterprises' governance structure and improve their standard operation, pushing more enterprises to come into the market and play a role in the development of multilevel capital market.

We promote the enterprises to appear on the market through varieties of ways and forms. Cixi supports all kinds of eligible companies to list in Main Board, Small and Medium Board, GEM in China and overseas trading firm and launch in NEEQ, Ningbo Stock Exchange Center. We encourage the merger and reorganization of companies intended to list to and listed ones and achieve the goal of listing indirectly through stock exchange and assets injection. At the same time, we stimulate the listed companies to make full use of listing platform and actively raise funds through issuing new stocks, rights issues and corporate bond, leading and encouraging listed companies to invest refinancing capital in Cixi. We allow the listed companies to take part in establishing merger and acquisition funds and become larger and stronger by merger and purchase (especially those enterprises in Cixi), advancing the reorganization of listed companies' assets and optimization of resources to realize low-cost expansion.

We positively develop other direct ways of financing. We encourage the enterprises to attract stock investment like venture capital and strategic investment. We positively introduce and nurture all sorts of stock investment agencies, establish diverse investment funds, such as leading funds for developing industries, stock investment funds, venture capital investment, Angel investment fund and so on, furthering and developing Cixi stock investment system. We positively develop enterprise bond financing and encourage them to raise funds by issuing short-term financing bonds, medium-term notes, the collection of bonds, enterprise bonds, corporate bonds, asset securitization and so on, increasing the direct financing ratio and improving enterprise capital structure. We will promote orderly development of the direct financing ways supported by Internet.
