Bamboo begins in Madrid the filming of High Seas, the new Spanish series of Netflix The main setting for High Seas is a luxury liner of the time. To recreate the vessel have built several sets an area of more than 2,700sqm.

Sea Aires arrive in Madrid with the start of filming by Bamboo productions New Spanish series Netflix. High seas count with one cast is headed by Alejandra Onieva, Ivana Baquero and Jon Kortajarena. The series also features Jose Sacristan, Eloy Azorin, Felix Gomez, Tamar Novas, Natalia Rodriguez, Manuela Vell s, Chiqui Fern ndez, Bego a Vargas, Eduardo Blanco, Antonio Morris, Laura Prats, Ignacio Montes, Daniel Lundh, Jorge Varandela, Luis Bermejo, Pepe Ocio, Ben Temple, Brais Yanek, among others.

High seas It is set in the 40s, it will consist of 8 episodes and its main stage will be a luxury liner of the time. To recreate the ship they have been constructed with several sets over an area of 2.700m2. The art team has been documented for months to portray this decade as realistically as possible.

Carlos Bodel n, Art director of the series, says: "The set of high seas has been one of the most ambitious projects we have ever faced. The end result is impressive: we really have managed to recreate the luxury and glamor of a cruise of the decade. We have designed all the furniture and added elements of the 40s, the mechanisms of the bridge (rudder, Telegraf ...) that are authentic ".

Created by Ramon Campos and Gema R. Neira, High seas is directed by Carlos Sedes which also serves as executive producer alongside Teresa Fern ndez Vald s and Ram n Campos.

The series brings to the screen a grand ocean liner full of passengers traveling from Europe to America in search of a better future, two sisters, Carolina (Alejandra Onieva) and Eva (Ivana Baquero), as different as inseparable; an official bet, Nicolas Salas (Jon Kortajarena), the fate has placed in the wrong place; and a mystery to solve: the murder of a passenger whose name does not appear in the list of board and that no one remembers. Love, intrigue and many lies ... in a boat hidden in each cabin, history and, in the background, a dark secret. Only one thing is clear: being at sea, the murderer may not leave the ship.
