John Bishop takes W series to Edinburgh Festival with Facebook Live

Wednesday 9 August 2017 Critically-acclaimed John Bishop: In Conversation With... is heading to Scotland this month, as John hosts some special Edinburgh editions of his critically acclaimed interview series, exclusively as Facebook Lives for W. John will interview a host of well-known names from the worlds of comedy, entertainment, literature and sport for the 12-part Edinburgh Festival series.

Expect some coveted and candid conversations, as John sits down for an open, in-depth and inspiring interview with well-known guests to talk poignant career moments and personal reflection. The series will be streamed live from Edinburgh at 12.45pm (14-25 August) - the centre of the worlds largest arts festival - on both Ws and John Bishops Facebook pages to a combined following of over 1 million people.

John Bishop: In Conversation With... is produced by Lola Entertainment and distributed by BBC Worldwide. The new 10-part TV series will start on Thursday 14 September at 9pm on W.

The Facebook Lives will be produced by Lola Entertainment with Erina Jones, senior social planner producing for UKTVs social platform and Natalie Rose as executive producer.

The forthcoming third series of John Bishop: In Conversation With... on W this September will see John engaging with a prestigious line-up of guests including Dame Joan Collins, John Cleese, Melanie C, Professor Brian Cox, David Walliams, Sam Womack, Craig Charles, Jimmy Carr, Nadiya Hussain and Katie Price.
