While at work, the two are interrupted by their dads Crawford (Martin Mull, Arrested Development) and David (Peter Riegert, The Good Wife) two pain-in-the-neck men whose behaviour becomes detrimental to closing the deal. To make matters worse, the two dads decide to move in with their sons irritating them on the regular.

Meanwhile, Schmidt (Max Greenfield) makes a decision regarding Cece and Elizabeth (recurring guest star Merritt Wever, Nurse Jackie), and Winston (Lamorne Morris) becomes obsessed with completing a puzzle.

As it turns out, Dr. Leotard also happens to be a former model and sex therapist equipped with plenty of advice for Danny (Chris Messina) and Christina (recurring guest star Chlo Sevigny, American Horror Story).
