About 80% of the visitors of service centers of RUE Beltelecom can solve their issues without leaving home 29.09.2016
For the convenience of its customers RUE Beltelecom has a network of service centers throughout the entire country. 143 company's service centers are working in the capital, regional and district centers. And today, thanks to the efforts of RUE Beltelecom leading-edge telecommunication services are available nationwide in Belarus.
Everyday thousands of people visit service centers of RUE Beltelecom. According to the results of the monitoring of RUE Beltelecom clients' and potential consumers' requests, about 80% could resolve service issues without leaving home.
For example, 10-15% of subscribers, who apply to the service centers everyday, could use a self-service system User account without leaving home and without wasting time to visit a service center. The same number of clients to resolve their issues could apply to the technical support by the number 123 this service is free, moreover, the landline phone call is also free. Client support service works 24/7. About 50% of the visitors of service centers could leave an application to connect the services via websites www.beltelecom.by, www.byfly.by, www.zala.by.

Today User account is the simplest and shortest way to manage the personal services of RUE Beltelecom online via one account. User account includes advanced service package. At any time without visiting a service center you can:
1. Change a tariff plan (once on 30 days).
2. Find information on new additional services and connect them:
Access to the Internet based on Wi-Fi technology service. Different variants of Internet access (with or without traffic accounting) based on Wi-Fi technology;
Virtual number service. It provides the subscriber with an allocated number and allows forwarding calls from this number to another, including mobile number.
SMART ZALA service;
Additional ZALA thematic packages, Virtual cinema, antivirus protection.
3. Manage your spendings: view the payment history, control the demand balance, activate a prepaid card, use the service Promised payment etc.
4. Block services. Free blocking is available for 15 and 30 days, paid blocking is available for 30 and 45 days.
