Yvette Fielding to lead a three and a half hour live show starting at 9pm on Halloween on Really

The investigation takes the team to a location said to be haunted by one of the most violent poltergeists in the world

Most Haunted Live, a special event for this Halloween (31st October) on Really, is to be co-hosted by Rylan Clark with presenter Jamie East. Throughout the evening they will be joined by special guests including Paul OGrady. And whilst they are in the neighbouring studio, Yvette Fielding will lead the investigative team within the location. A location said to be haunted by one of the most violent poltergeists in the world.

This live special will be a fully interactive experience with viewers able to inform the investigation via social media. As cameras are rigged in every room throughout the unassuming property, viewers will have access to multiple additional live feeds that will be streamed online.

Yvette Fielding said,

This will be the first time the fans can really REALLY get involved in the show. Its perfect for Halloween so if you want to hide behind your cushion and turn all the lights off then this is the show to tune into. If this doesnt scare you, nothing will!

Rylan Clark commented,

Im a big Most Haunted fan so its amazing to be co-hosting this live Halloween special. I like a Halloween thats full of more treats than tricks so Im hoping for a friendly ghost. Although Im not banking on it. What I do know is that its going to be a big night, Im going to try to be brave and Im glad that were all in it together.

Paul OGrady said,

I am always up for a bit of ghost-hunting - especially a violent poltergeist! Right up my street!!!

Most Haunted live is going to be one of the most exciting yet terrifying experiences of my life - and I speak as a man who once sat in Rylans dressing room.

Throughout the evening Rylan will also be joined by in studio guests, from sceptics to believers to the curious, to discuss both the events as they unfold and the history of this most haunted of houses, reputedly haunted by one of the worlds most violent poltergeists.

Long-running favourite, Most Haunted, produced by Antix Productions, has captivated audiences around the world, shooting over 300 episodes and producing over 350 hours of live television in reputedly haunted locations.

The Live Halloween special will be executive produced by Karl Beattie for Antix, Helen Nightingale for UKTV and was ordered by Really General Manager Emma Ayech.

The new series of Most Haunted will air on Sundays at 10pm from 18 October. The Halloween Special starts at 9pm on 31 October.
