The new agreement between VSN and TSA will allow to offer its clients a wider product range catalog, with better conditions and associated integration services. It is expected to also strengthen both companies presence in the African and Latin American markets, in which both companies are currently working together in several projects. New distribution agreement between VSN and TSA will boost VSN's competitiveness and its capacity of creating new synergies.
VSN has recently reached to a new Distribution Agreement with Telef nica Servicios Audiovisuales (TSA) to boost their commercial relationship and strengthen both companies presence in the audiovisual market, specially in the African and Latin American markets. This new agreement, reached thanks to the trust, experience and strong relationship that VSN and TSA maintain, will also allow VSN to offer its clients a wider catalogue and range of products, as well as better commercial conditions, integration services and take advantage of the potential synergies that may come in the future to foster its competitiveness.
This new agreement is an excellent new and something in which both companies have been working on since a long time ago. We have got a broad experience developing projects together with TSA for big clients such as Bar a TV and Arag n TV, and I think this was a necessary step to consolidate the professional trajectory that both companies have shared in the last years. The agreement will boost VSN's business without a doubt, thanks to TSA's expertise in the audiovisual market', states VSN's Sales Director for EMEA region, Roberto Pascual.
TSA provides VSN an added value because it already knows perfectly well all our software solutions. In fact, TSA has one of VSN's complete and advanced End-to-End systems deployed at its own facilities, in order to offer its services to some clients such as Movistar+, and even offer product demos of our VSNEXPLORER MAM and BPM solutions onsite. Therefore, this installation is a clear example of the level of trustworthiness and mutual technical knowledge that we have reached to with TSA in the last years', adds Pascual.
Moreover, TSA's Audiovisual Services Director, Jos Luis Garc a Cabrera, confirms that this new union and strategic alliance was not improvised, but the result of many positive professional experiences shared with VSN throughout the years. VSN is a prestigious international company well-known by its innovation, great flexibility and adaptability to an always changing technological environment where it is necessary to carry on a meticulous and continuous research to determine the application of customized solutions for each project'.
