Celebrating the music industry's most accomplished artists, the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards will air live on Sunday, Jan. 26, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on City.

Counting down to GRAMMY weekend,City's popular morning show, Breakfast Television, will go live from Los Angeles in a special national edition. Anchored by Kevin Frankish and featuring City's on-air red carpet team, viewers will get a sneak-preview of the events to come with the day's first scoop on the most-talked about parties and GRAMMY gossip.

As the exclusive Canadian media outlet broadcasting live from the official GRAMMY red carpet, City's A-list team of on-air personalities Dina Pugliese (Breakfast Television Toronto), Tracy Moore (Cityline), Alex Despatie (Breakfast Television Montreal), and Brad Smith (Entertainment City/Your World This Week) bring viewers up close and personal with the night's big celebrity arrivals. Joining the on-air team is two-time GRAMMY nominee, Ed Robertson (Barenaked Ladies), along with Cityline, and Chatelaine fashion correspondent Susie Wall.

City takes viewers on an insider's tour of the music industry's biggest event with another special national edition live from Los Angeles where Kevin Frankish and the GRAMMY red carpet team share highlights from the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Immediately following the broadcast, Cityline joins the action from Los Angeles, where host Tracy Moore and Susie Wall recap the night's fashion hits and misses.
Rogers Radio Live Coverage and National Pre-GRAMMY Special
In addition to City's expansive television coverage, listeners will get a glimpse into the action backstage at the STAPLES Center live throughout the night with Rogers Radio host Taylor Kaye (KiSS 92.5), and music reporter Rudy Blair (680News) (check local Rogers Radio websites for more details). Leading up to the event, music fans can get primed for the big night as Rogers Radio presents a one-hour special featuring music and intimate interviews from this year's big GRAMMY nominees including Canadian superstars Drake, Robin Thicke, as well as leading songstresses, Lorde, and Katy Perry. The special will air on select Rogers Radio stations across Canada during the week of January 20.
