Alfalite, the only European manufacturer of LED screens, will participate in CABSAT 2025 (May 13 15, Dubai World Trade Centre) to present its latest innovations in virtual production and immersive display technologies in collaboration with Brainstorm, a leading provider of real-time 3D graphics and virtual studio solutions.
Visitors can find Alfalite at booth S1-F42, where the company will debut in the Middle East its cutting-edge MATIX AlfaCOB technology, featured in the new Neopix and UHD Finepix series of LED panels. A 3x3m LED screen with 1.9mm pixel pitch will anchor the exhibit, serving as a key component of Brainstorm's live demonstrations of virtual production, XR and AR.
This joint showcase will illustrate the power and flexibility of a complete LED and graphics ecosystem for broadcast, film, advertising, events, and corporate applications. Alfalite's LED panels will be used in combination with Brainstorm's InfinitySet, Aston, and Edison Suite 6.2, powered by Unreal Engine 5, in a fully interactive virtual production workflow that includes chroma keying, talent teleportation, data-driven AR graphics, and multi-scene management. The setup is optimized for ease of use, with presenters controlling the entire show with a single clicker.
Alfalite will also highlight the advantages of its MATIX AlfaCOB (Chip-on-Board) technology, which delivers exceptional durability and performance. Built on the company's proprietary ORIM platform, MATIX offers encapsulated LED modules with superior protection against impacts, liquids, and chemicals. The technology ensures ultra-wide 175 viewing angles, low glare, improved thermal management, and outstanding color uniformity making it ideal for demanding environments and high-precision image reproduction.
The Neopix series, designed for rental and virtual production, includes pixel pitches of 1.5, 1.9, 2.6, 2.9HB, and 3.9HB mm. The UHD Finepix line, optimized for control rooms and corporate installations, offers even finer pitches down to 0.6 mm for ultra-detailed visual performance.
