Ningbo Talent Blue Book Iued

He Xingfa, deputy director of Ningbo Municipal Development Research Center, announced to issue the Ningbo Talent Blue Book at the 2015 China(Ningbo) Talent Development and Policy Innovations Summit Forum on Oct.12.

What are the main highlights and characters of the Blue Book?

He Xingfa explained that the annual Blue Book (The Talent Development Report) mainly includes the basic information of the development of Ningbo's talents, the practical experience of talent development as well as the important research on talents. 2015 Blue Book is the tenth issue which takes more than half year to complete.

The whole book is classified into 4 chapters with the inclusion of 36 research results and 8 talent policies. The book has three features:

The first is that it's more systematic and comprehensive. The Blue Book is a comprehensive platform to display the talent development in Ningbo. It not only includes the basic information and features of talent related departments in different districts but also covers such fields as the talent index, structure, platform, program, policy and system in Ningbo.

The second is that it emphasizes the innovation. The book has a new chapter which introduces the distinguished working results to make it more convenient for talents of different areas of Ningbo to learn about each other. It pays more attention to the innovation research on talent policy, talent system and some related problems.

The third is that it attaches more importance to the applications. The inclusion of annual talent development report and the distinguished talent working experience provide smart support for the following talent work in Ningbo. And the collection of talent policies provides guidance for talents as well as the employers.

There are 5 features of Ningbo's talent development in 2014 according to the research on the statistics provided by this book.

Firstly, the regional talent development achieved great results. The total amount of the talents in Ningbo is 1.739 million while the number of overseas talents is 5,804.

Secondly, more and better high-ranking talents are introduced into Ningbo.

Thirdly, New Policy of Talent Development is issued and implemented.
